We Are the Church

Written for the 30th anniversary of Kent Island United Methodist Church in Chester, Maryland, Don Besig and Nancy Price have quoted “The Church's One Foundation” in the accompaniment as well as in the narrator's part read during the introduction. A theme of unity runs throughout which emphasizes that the church is made up of the people in it. “Let this fellowship which unites us be a gift for all to share.” But we are also called to go forth and proclaim God's love. Using their creative gifts and vast experience, Don Besig and Nancy Price have once again penned an outstanding choral composition which is full of conviction and one that can be taught quickly.
