This calypso-flavored composition from Sonny Rollins may not be as well known as his St. Thomas, but Duke of Iron is a distinctive and marvelous tune on its own. Featuring the two tenor saxes and two trombones off the top, this chart is well scored for the entire ensemble and sure to become a favorite. Solos are provided for tenor sax and trombone.
